Seven Baby | General Return Policy
These are Sevenbaby.com’s ("Seven Baby", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Sevenbaby.com website.
- All product returns require approval from our customer service team within 14 days of receipt of product.
- Products must be shipped back at the customer's expense.
- Upon receipt of returned product Sevenbaby.com will refund the purchase amount (on the credit card used for the purchase) minus (if applicable) any shipping and handling fees, insurance fees, or embroidery fees.
- Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from Sevenbaby.com
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
- Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
- If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color), you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
- We DO NOT replace with a different print than what was originally ordered.
- We are unable to exchange any ordered product for a different product (style or color).
